meh. If this game had a trading system, I'd give my Lancer X away for some cyclonic 4, ap 4, and warp 4, and gladly join this club.

No Lancer so far, as well as any other Reckoning URs. Though I experienced influx of other URs in pursuit of said rifle.

The only reckoning guns i get upgrades for are venom and spitfire

Working on my N7 mastery buying recruit packs to level up and mixing in some PSPs seemed to help me get my URs.
I needed 6 URs to re-max my manifest and got them in 2 million credits mixing in recruit packs.
It felt like it was tricking the store by buying 20 recruit packs then a PSP.
Might have just been dumb luck too.
