I have bad news for you - score doesn't matter either.

It means more than N7. More importantly, the same kind of moron who would care about N7 also places a huge emphasis on score

I outscored all of them.

I did the same thing in a game with two a-hole turian ghosts talking a big game. After awhile I just started doing the most blatent kill-steal trolling you've ever seen and then I felt like an even bigger a-hole.

Yeah, it's a problem. Quite a lot of people don't even bother to check my loadout I guess. I get that sort of thing a lot.

Well, it is surprising. Because it's overall easier, or at least more overall OBVIOUS, that promoting is for respeccing your character. And it's a guess but most people do like to change up their specs a fair bit often, I know I waffle a lot about my builds and that's why my N7 is so high, I rather promote than spend a respec card (I also have a THING where I like to see a character get stronger? And gameplay with a character below level 20 is definitely different, pretty unique levelling a character so I enjoy that as well)

Not really sure what this story has to do with anything I said. I've got zero issues getting respec cards to switch up my builds, and I'm not grinding for any challenges, so I have no reason to want to promote. What should be obvious to anyone who knows anything about this game is that the number means absolutely nothing.

But I care about my N7 and teamwork...score is irrelevant to me. Different strokes I guess.

I play many pugs and say this to them if they laugh at my score as a support if I spend the whole match carrying on objectives and revives. :innocent:

As a matter of fact no it didn't. Of course I'm going to kill everything in the room, I was a Drell Adept, nothing was left alive after his Phantom beeatch died. Besides that no one actually intentionally killed the thing he was grab unless it was the only thing alive or in the immediate vicinity. (I may have killed one or do with Blu'sposions though I honestly have no idea or even care). The more important part was the N7 8000, yup if he actually knew what he was doing he'd of actually killed stuff. Sure, the Juggernaut is amazing at drawing aggro and tanking but christ alot of people use him wrong. Obviously I'm too nice to actually say that he has no clue how to play the Juggernaut 100% effectively so I just decided to ****** him off with the killstealing.

I did also leave some parts of the conversation out (the part where he calls me an "antsy british ******" and the part where he flat out refused to kill anything on Wave 8 Platinum because a Destroyer with a PPR was "jacking his kills with a cheap no talent rifle").

I've had many dumb exchanges with PUG's. Like the idiot who was playing Gold against Cerberus on Firebase Condor with no medigel cuz he "wanted some easy credits." I had another stupid exchange with a PUG on Platinum.
Me: Hello?
PUG: (With clear kid voice) Im surprised someone connected their mic!
Me: Uh, yeah
PUG: Why is someone all the way over there? (it was on Rio)
Me: I just spawned in. Im not going to let some 12 year old tell me how to play the game. Im going to put down my mic so I don't have to listen to this nonsense

Landed in a PUG yesterday where some British fellow kept calling other players "try hards" in a rather derogatory tone of voice. I'm still not entirely sure what he was on about with all that.

Okay, I have to admit there is a chance to meet guy or even two speaking on PC. It's like Ultra Rare and I bet there are some you don't/won't like. Most popular languages I've met are: English, Russian, Polish, German and Italian. Also some machine language that I couldn't understand, like "shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh(...)" or "beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee(...)p".

However once I've met probably some American guy arguing with his girlfriend, or rather wife, that he can't do something, because he HAS to finish match to get credits. Voice detection FTW. Now I'll do a chauvinistic comparison: disconnecting before extraction it's like turning off oven before cake is ready. You can say it's fun to BAKE, but it's much better when you can actually CONSUME what you've made.

PUG1 kept saying "Fire in the hole" just before using a rocket which made me want to take cover under my desk every time.
PUG2 was russian and clearly upset about this. I don't know much russian but it was pretty obvious that he did not think too highly of Americans in general and this just took the cake for him I guess.
