PUG1:- Hey, you using the Javelin shotgun. You need to use the shredder mod against Reapers with all the armour they have.
Me:- <Confused pause> ....shot.....gun....?? <heightening pitch to voice in quizzical manner>
PUG2:- I don't get why he's using an infiltrator against Reapers. <arrogant/ condescending tone> You need biotic powers rather than tech powers against these! <laughs>
<Silent pause>
PUG3 (no mic):- <leaves>
Me:- Err.....bye. <leaves>

I proceeded to solo several geth primes, at once, when the rest of the team went down during the wave, repeatedly.

He did not stick around after the match.

Oh I wish I could remember it verbatim. It was something like this...

*RandomGuy* blown up by grenade after RandomGuy2 and Myself jump out of the way

"Oh, thanks for calling out that grenade! Is it so hard to just get on the mic and say something when you see a grenade!"

Nobody says anything (typical PC behavior).

"I guess everyone is just a Rambo and doesn't care about teamwork. If you guys aren't going to say anything then I won't either."

I think there was another rant about lone wolfing and then he left the game in the middle somewhere.

This was a while ago. Cerberus on Hydra I think it was.

Him: Okay guys I have a really good strategy that works for platinum. We need a volus and a juggernaught
Me: That isn't necessary but you feel free to play what you want

*game starts on Giant* (u/u/p -> collectors)

*for 8 minutes he proceeds to try to homing grenade from soft cover and ends up hitting the wall 90% of the time or an already dead enemy 9% of the time*

Me: Could you toss an arc grenade every now and then please? It will really help us by stunning stuff (unsaid: you'd be a whole hell of a lot less useless if you'd do this... but yea you won't do it if I say it like this to you)
Him: I don't have arc grenades
Me: ....

The guy ended the match with 30k points (I'd expect this score from a pug volus) and tried to friend request me. I'm sure a homing grenade only build can work fine on platinum when used by a competent player... It didn't help that I had made the assumption that a lvl 20 demolisher would have at least 3 ranks of arc grenade back in the lobby and had made a character that would be able to prime / detonate (yes I know that homing grenades can do the same thing but only when used by a competent player)

He then proceeded to run straight at the lone banshee, get grabbed and sync killed. He did this multiple times, as well as did one other player, leaving me to solo 4 of the 9 waves that we completed. Any other time he was BoSing it. (Rio/Reapers/Platinum) I promptly left after he tried to FR me.

I can only handle so much stupidity. He exceeded that as soon as he spoke. >_<

Man, I really wish Pc pugs would actually talk more, I always have my mic in and call out enemies or phantoms on my body. Force of habit from Xbox, where 80% of the people used a mic because it was free. It would seriously make the game easier, I mean I literally met only one team of talking pugs, and I was hosting. My Internet decided that right after wave 1 it would quit, and I managed to disconnect from the ea server and ruin the game for everyone.

 When I first got the Javelin I put it on my Vorcha Sentinel and jumped into a silver match.  We were on Reactor and I was one-shotting Centurions, Guardians, Nemeses, and the occasional Phantom.  Then I heard one of the pugs laugh and say, "He's using a Javelin on a Vorcha.  What a noob."  When we finished, my score was 70,000+ and the nearest anyone got was 30,000-40,000 yet, everyone else was using lvl 20 characters with rank VI, VII, VIII rare weapons.  When I saw their N7 rankings I lol'd at how low they were compared to me.  I love trolling pugs.

I'm playing an AIU on Platnium and get dropped into an ongoing match at the end of Wave 3. By the end of the game, I'm 2nd place.

ungrateful PUG: "Man that AIU was good but I much rather that Juggernaut stayed"
PUG2: "Yeah but the Juggy sucked. That AIU was much better"

At least that one PUG was cool!

Just remembered: I jumped into a platinum lobby with my N7 Destroyer and two of the pugs had mics. I kept my mic off. Then one of the pugs tells me to switch to the Krogan Shaman yet one person had a biotic character and he wasn't using a mic. I didn't switch to my Shaman and I ended up getting two kick votes. I left before a third hit.

The other three pugs were using a Juggernaut, a Drell Assassin, and a Asari Vakyrie. I don't know why they wanted me to use the Shaman...

PUG goes down wave 7- "Dang it! Hey, do you guys have mics? (A rare occurence when I'm not in a Party chat)"
Me and friend- "Uhm.. yeah."
PUG-"Can we go and do an easy Platinum after we lose?"(Lol wut? lose..?)
Me- "This is going pretty well. How do you do an 'easy plat'?"
PUG- "You don't know?! All you need is a Juggernaut, a Volus, a Drell Assassin, and whatever else, like a hammer Krogan."
Me-*Invites friend to party chat.* "I don't want to hear what map it is.."

As I am churning out gold maps for the map challenge with a Melee Kroguard vs. Geth...(Yeah, I know)

First wave ends, my Kroguard yells "FOR TUCHANKA!" and some goofball repeats the line mockingly.

I decide to stay silent, this is PC after all.

Couple waves pass, Goofball: "How am I in second place??"

Wave or two later goofball gets knocked down. "Save me Rellik!"  I BC from all the way across Giant but goofball gets stomped by a Pyro mid-charge. (seriously, he didn't gel?) "Oh great, I'm gonna lose my second place" He actually kept his 2nd place because the other two were'nt doing that great.

Last seconds of extraction I toss out a missile as some primes just for grins, goofball says something sarcastic that I forget.

Results screen, my score is double his...It was late so I decided to call it a night.
