And that in german - sounds better thousand times.

Was shortly after asking for teammates for some gold matches in german forum... my fault...

 

But the thing i hate the most is someone who ignores his crying child.

Last heard on tuesday..

 

Audio Summary:

 

child cries

Someone (mother, wife, hostage?) shouts out something about food and the fact he was playing

No reaction from mr. responsible

child cries louder

something hits the ground - no not the child, maybe a plate or something

then there was the typical "wipe of the mic" sound

only disturbing silence  (i was wating for a plug off Sound, a shot or something - nothing

the typical "i´m back" sound follows.

After 2 minutes the child cries again...

 

Wtf?

Standing up for what?

Feeding your child?

No there are more important things.

So some guy drops into my (Gold) GIP, then leaves. Then I get a msg from him. 

"Hey bro, I know this glitch where we can farm platinum, you just have to keep me alive and we'll be rolling in the credits"

 

 

Of course, he had already tried to missile glitch in my (gold!!!) game, but he was the 4th person in so it obviously didn't work (so he promptly left)... But thanks for asking before trying to missile glitch in my lobby, butthole.

Yeah, isn't the first time I've seen it either. Really sad. I could sort of see using AC5 in a gold pug if it was glacier and you wanted to try to make it a speed run or something, but even that is questionable. Missile glitching in a gold pug? Just ridiculous.

I can't remember what the kit was but I brought AC5 into gold a few weeks back because I just couldn't find better gear to put on at the time (i.e. nothing else was really a better option for whatever kit and build I was trying out).  I didn't even use all of my base missiles, though, so it was kind of moot. 

 

I see people try to missile glitch in gold a fair amount.  I say try because most of the time it is the host, the fourth player, or the person just launches all of the missiles and fails to trigger the glitch.  I always get a laugh out of it.  It's not nearly as prevalent as it is on Plat though.

Having witnessed missile glitchers wiping on wave 1 in plat, I can definitely see why. Some of them are just that bad.

Same here, first and only glitcher I saw was in Silver. Having said that, I think it was because I knew what to look out for in a gold/platinum lobby to avoid games with glitchers in them. Wasn't so diligent for Silver. At least they started glitching on wave 1 so I could quit asap.

But yeah, I've seen a glitcher wipe on wave 1 on Plat as well... It gave me warm and fuzzy feelings inside.

Just had a few funny ones from the game I just played, where I and one of the pugs where both playing the Geth Juggernaut.

 

Pug:

"I cant get to the close enough to melee anything"

 

"How is he (referring to me) scoring so much higher than me??? We're the same speed" (I had adrenaline 3 on).

 

"Why would you spec the turret on the Juggernaut? Its useless for him." 

 

"Is he using heavy melee?......he's defiantly not using melee, he's above that." (lol)

...in Bronze?  Now, that's just being silly.  He should also have gone Volus instead.  

 

Once had a round where three of us all were Voluses at start, and then a Vorcha dropped in early.  VVVV for victory!

Funniest one so far for me: a game set to Hazard Ghost, me and a Vorcha soldier were waiting in the lobby when some random person joined. Upon spotting the Vorcha he informed them that it's raining on that map and therefore they wouldn't be able to use the flamer. There is a certain kind of logic to that assessment I suppose ...

 

I laughed pretty hard after that comment. Good thing I don't use a mic.

The other night I was in a silver, yes silver match, and my 15 year old daughter is being "silly" in the back ground.. so I silently mouth to her "they can hear you..." while pointing to the screen... so she says LOUDER "Oh they can hear me? HI!! Kill some *SH__*  for me!"

Someone on mic: "Let her play, she sounds cute, and we don't need her to be good its only silver..."

I can't remember any specifics, but some people say some really stupid things to their buddies as they level up their characters. Things about powers and stuff... and their buddy chimes in with totally awful advice "yeah, i think i'ma try that"
