Heh, I've done that before.

 

I used to do that but I started equipping before I search since if I do bother staying in a game I usually want to play with equipment.

 

So long as you don't fire a shot you won't lose any by leaving. (Although you'll have to re-equip it.)

 

This is not entirely true. If the wave changes (even in loadingscreen) the consumables equipped are gone. If you get sync killed or stomped before gaining access over your character the consumables are also gone.

 

OTH, all rockets used during any wave won't be consumed if you quit the match during that wave. I suspect this is true for gels, ops packs and thermal clip packs either, but I haven't tested it.

 

On topic: A host started crying "Oooooh" after I placed a kick vote on his N7 80 something and his lvl 4 no gear, amps and no weapon mod character. I remembered him from several matches before where he bled out every wave.

Pugging with digety a few weeks back we came across the proud owner of a brand new Juggy who then proceeded to excitedly, and in great detail, explain to us how it's heavy melee kills the enemy AND restores it's shields. I had to play along "Holy shitballs! This is a game changer! I've got to try this right now!" Got to give dig credit for keeping a straight face.

Context: Gold Cerb Giant. 15 revives by round 5 and got sick of reviving the idiot pugs who insisted on holding the open area. So I stopped. Ended up soloing waves 4, 6 (objects), 7, 8, and 9. I finished with 245k and killed literally every atlas, dragoon, guardian, and Phantom. Rage pug finished with 32k. And he sounded like he was 12.

 

"look at this hacker! there is no way the Black Widow can kill an atlas in 5 shots! It always takes like 10 for me. AND HE'S USING PHASIC ROUNDS?!? Definitely a hacker. Look at how quick his recharge is with that recon mine! It should be like 15 seconds (he even counted once, but I was firing it under cloak so it was only a 5ish sec recharge). I'm reporting you"

 

got swiftly kicked after that game. But not before rage pug equipped his BW (mk1) DAI and started screaming about how his recharge was 18 seconds on Recon Mine. I'm flattered

@ ajma - That sounds pretty hilarious. I love how like, 90% of the time the person spouting "j'accuse!" proceeds to be as loud as humanly possible, as if higher decibles = more truthiness or something.

Personally I still can't help but to crack a smile whenever someone comments on one of my Krogans. Still remember back from the first week of the game or so when a little girl did her best impression of my kotton-kandy Krentinel over the Kinect mic.

In the context of the side-conversation, I believe the point Computron was trying to refer to was the state of Gladiatorium's manifest in said amount of time, and not simply trying to draw attention to the amount of playtime itself. I could be wrong, though.
