The only time I've actually used missiles on Bronze or Silver is when people need reviving or shooting them at the floor accidentally.

Fairly sure I should never be allowed in game chat. Me and RougeSpectre pugged in gamechat last night. At one point we decided to play as both Batarian Whalers complete with our best Captain Ahab impressions over the mics. Apparently after one too many "shiver me timbers" "keelhaul his scurvy ass" "ahoys" etc, one of the pugs had ****** had it.

 

Pug cues up the mic: "You know I've played with my fair share of dumbasses on this game but you two fuckers take the cannoli."

Played Giant Hazard Gold with pugs and one of them was from BSN, i think. 

 

They decided to nuke wave 8 and/or 9(don't remember now exactly but they used missiles a lot on later waves). On Wave 10 we got targets, they nuked 3 of them. I thought good, they will kill the last one too, and i stayed in the landing zone area shooting at banshees. (I was also distracted a little bit outside the game). But nobody went after the last target which was on the opposite side of the map where i was(they were closer). I thought they want to milk for points a little bit and didn't rush to kill the target. But apparently they ran out of missiles, and i got all 6.

 

So after one minute a guy with a mic yelled at me  "go to the target you score ******". I was like wtf, i thought these guys were pretty good and do this intentionally, but maybe i was the only one with infiltrator and immediately went to kill the Ravager just to get those credits for us.

 

I was genuinely pissed of being accused for something i didn't really intended to do, especially not for evil purposes. So i made a mistake and died on purpose just to let them outscore me if they want it so much. The guy then called me "a piece of **** and you know it". I immediately rage quit... ((((((

 

If you were one of those in this game then i just want to say -  I Am Sorry.

The goal of my game was to test whether GI Hurricane is better for me with Armor Piercing Ammo, Heat Sink, Magazine vs. Incendiary Ammo, SMG Barrel, Magazine.

 

I got into the rhythm and it was very smooth and fun gameplay. The team was pretty good, so we melted down everything easily. Naturally, because i was using an OP build, my score was high.

 

And i do not have maxed manifest, still lack ~30 UR. But at this point, i play mostly for fun. Of course, getting credits is good too.

Yea, i actually didn't expect Incendiary ammo would be so good. DoT is so handy for stopping banshees, which always gave me the problems. And the SMG Barrel gives very noticeable damage against  enemies without armor. Not to mention fire explosions. However, i miss shooting through cover/objects and long "burst" without reloading. 

 

This is definitely a close call, but my first impressions are that at least on Gold, Incendiary Ammo and SMG Barrel is more fun because of fire explosions. However, Armor Piercing Ammo, Heat Sink and Magazine feels more smooth and consistent so i would say it is a better build.

It depends on the kit you're using. My adepts and engineers carry a Hurricane with ULM and High-Velocity Barrel as backup and CQC weapon. It's also handy against any Dragoon, Guardian, Atlas, Brute etc I couldn't kill with powers before they got too close.

 

It's my iron rule of ME3: Always have something that can pierce, always have something that stuns/staggers, always have something that kills Phantoms, always have something to deal with shields/barriers quickly.

Guy using a lvl1 talon on gold, had the gps and adas, was using ap4 ammo and the piercing shotgun barrel. Tried to tell him what he was doing wrong but he just readied up. Well, so long, stupid!

My glorious leader had suspiciously low challenge points for his Lancer 10, so i checked his manifest: Maxed manifest, 194,000,000 credits, 255 of all consumables, 781 games.

Me: "You cheated all this equipment, and now you're not going to use it?"

I ran into a Lobby yesterdy on PC where - as usual - nobody said a word and just readied up. It was a Random/Random/Silver match and the RNG decided it would be Hydra/Cerberus.

As soon as the game starts one of the guys says "Just for you all to know - I AM IRONMAN" I chuckeled a little and asked "The Black Sabbath one or the shitty Marvel dude" (just my opinion - I don't like all that marvel and DC superhero stuff) and in that secondI went down because I wasn't paying attention.

Shortly after a human vanguard picked me up that was colored just like the marvel Ironman...

 

He chattered on about he being ironman and we should get our **** together, but he fell just as often as all of us did - it wasn't a great match, but not a horrible one either and all in all it was fun to be in a game with some funny chatter for a change.

 

I hope to run into the ironman guy again one day. He was funny.

The dangers of Silver PUGland...people usually can't shut the **** up. I've noticed that PUGs tend to be much more Chatty Cathys on Silver, not sure why, but one more reason to avoid it, even if I promote my kits.
