i tried this once. the gam head bugged and we were trapped in an infinite extraction wave. I was waiting for the host to quit so I'd get my creds. eventually one guy went down (everything was on ultra slomo, and he just died somehow) and we couldn't revive him. I figured it'd be fun to heavy melee him as a destroyer. thing is, I was a Salarian, so I shot the destroyer, grabbing his attention, heavy meleed and then shot the guy on the floor. i did this several times, standing over the dead guy to get him to do it, but it was replied to with 'I think that guy wants me to shoot something'

dropped into a gold pug lobby once with some lower levels (although I always look at loadouts) and I was using Fury or Slayer with Paladin X and hear "kick him...he's got a paladin x...he'll just be stealing all our kills" oh...to care about getting the kill...I wonder what that's like

I played with two random players few matches in a row(nice guys,competent players),then joined some player with high CP and very good loadout(obviously veteran player).
During 2.wave he started to trash talk and insult us:
Angry PUG:"You f_____g noobs have to l2p,why are u playing Gold,Gold is only for pro´s"
Normal PUG:"What is wrong with you man,this is just a game,not a real war!"
Me:"Leave him,pro is pissed because he is last on scoreboard "

Myself: LVL 20 N75000+ equipped as PuG1 below.
PuG1: LVL 20 N71000+ equips appropriately (lvl III & IV amps / ammo) and using maxed URs.
PuG2: LVL 12 N7100-200 with a gear (not even maxed) and a rare weapon--ticks Green for Go.

I say over the mic: "Use equipment or leave."

PuG3: LVL20 N71000+ enters decently equipped (maxed weapons / mods and gear).

PuG2 ignores my guidance.

I repeat myself.

PuG2: "I don't need it."

Having heard this drivel so many times before I reiterate in a concise manner "Use or Leave".

Nothing happens. Then PuG1 leaves (who most likely would've been fun to play with).
Shortly after PuG3 also exits the lobby, leaving only the lowly unwanted POS SOaB that, by now, even if he equipped LVL IVs and maxed URs-- his miserly attitude and shabbiness with etiquette have ensured he is not playing.

I ask him, "Why is it only the s*it, the dreg, the scum that always remains?"

Of course, having ruined a potentially good PuB lobby, the lowly POS SOaB leaves.

It goes without saying I dislike these douchebags intensely.

Sadly, this occurs at least twice a week. And when it does I repeat the whole process. More or less.

I guess the answer to my "Why is it...?" question can be likened to actual life. Why do the John Lennons, the Mother Theresas, the Malcolm Xs die-- when the Bushes, the Murdochs, the Goldbergs live?

Maybe it's because there's more **** than shine in the world. But...just because its there doesn't mean it has to be tolerated.

You should have just hit the green and played. In PUGs I'm usually the only one with consumables on. I consider myself lucky if there's at least one other player with consumables. And if they are decent at the game, using gel and rockets at appropriate times, it's like winning the euromillion.

Random : "U are a ****ty team, I hope u all die" <he was camping the LZ during wave 11>

He then proceeds to try to melee everything. And I mean everything. When unsuccessful, he started to rant on me taking his kills with my FQI/Widow.. He left on wave 2.

I miss those good old days when the Widow was the most used with infiltrators.

I get this quite a lot when I enter a lobby with my fully specced out Paladin, it's even more gratifying when the people who opted to kick me out later stick to me like glue because I'm doing work.

For some ungodly reason I decided to move up to silver at the same time as I started working on my Drell vanguard for the Outsider banner. I expected the match to be difficult, but entertaining. Instead I learn that he is god-like with an N7 Hurricane and wind up having to solo the last three waves. Extraction ended with everyone else getting killed at the LZ, and me getting stagger-locked and sync-killed by a praetorian on my way there. As we are heading back to the lobby, I hear, "I think we should try gold."

Honestly. If I was pug1 or pug3 I would have left too. You are an N7 5000+ with two others N71000+, maxed URs, and consumables and you're stressing over the Lvl 12? On GOLD? Platinum I would understand. Not to say that pug2 was right to not equip some but with you refusing to play a gold match considering the other two players you had? I would have left that lobby.
