On insanity.

I can kill the first two without being caught,  but as an engineer, I don't seem to be able to DPS without them noticing me.

Headshots, the suppressor has (seemingly) Widow level damage on headshots. As far as avoiding detection to get them off, that's trickier. Didn't really bother with my engineer and just cyro exploded like it was on sale. (Note: Engineer run was on insanity)

I played with soldier kept trying the same thing not to be noticed, finally after a few tries just used disruptor ammo with amp'd CS to take Shields down a bit then head shots under A.rush or stripped shields , switched to inferno ammo and did FE with CS..... I tried the 1st few times to be like Snake from MGS . . .but it didn't work .....lol

Headshots are the key.

In general they won't hear the shots, but if they see that someone is shot they go on alert. You don't necessarily need to do the whole level without being seen though. It doesn't make all that much of a difference. Just try to get headshots and avoid their drones.

It took me a few tries but ultimately killed a couple and rushed ASAP to Brooks. That ends the diner. As a note, I play infiltrator most of the time and CLOAKING DOESN'T WORK against any of the Cat6 guys until you get into the part AFTER the pod in the library and start gunning for the clone. Maddening. Before that point they see and shoot you in cloak as if you are in plain view. A bug I suspect.  As a result, I do a lot of all-out running especially since ammo is VERY tight (insanity).

Yeah, I was able to complete the sequence - headshots helped kill the initial guards, but the first time I played it there seemed to be an emphasis on stealth with them looking for you and the silenced pistol, so I tried to complete it that way. And yeah, my big problem was killing guy 3 without guy 4 seeing him.

Headshots and cover. Kill them as they're turned away from each other so they don't notice their allies are going down.

There is a way to kill Cat6 soldiers without getting noticed.
