For me I would have to say it's the characters.  In particular I will miss Ashley, Liara, Garrus, and Tali the most because they've been with me from the beginning.  

I'll also miss running around the Citadel, going up and down those elevators.  The atmosphere as well, the music.

Just a simple question, your thoughts?

Pretty much what you've said, I'll miss Tali, garrus and Javik a lot, I know Javik's just a DLC character but he's one of my favorites.

But I think we'll still get those awesome Citadel moments in the next games, Shepard's story is over but the citadel has always been there, in previous cycles, and judging by the ending it will still be there in the future.

The story and characters, particularly Kaidan, Garrus, Tali and Wrex. Wrex in the Citadel DLC was hilarious!

But hey, I can play it all again!

Nothing? Just because they aren't doing any more work on them doesn't mean I had to uninstall them from my computer and quit playing them. Any time I desire to be Mass Effected, I can load them up and go.

I'll probably miss Liara the most, but also many of the other characters (Jack, Samara, Miranda, Zaeed, Kasumi, Grunt, Mordin, Anderson, Aria, Dr. Chakwas...even some of the minor returning characters like Khalisah Al-Jilani or Councilor Tevos)... Shepard and the Normandy as well.

I'll miss the fantastic story, the music, the atmosphere, the characters ( Wrex, Garrus, Tali and Miranda the most but especially Kaidan a lot), the Normandy, my red-haired Femshep as well  ;(... almost everything.
