But...before I do that, I would definitely want a guarantee from Morrigan that she would be willing to be the mage to go into the Fade to fight the Demon.. I don't want to go wandering off to the Circle and get them to agree to help just to find out I had no one willing to make the attempt. I don't feel confident I can count on a circle mage to risk their lives for this purpose, and I certainly don't trust the blood mage in the basement. He might make a deal with the demon or use the Fade to escape somehow, and I want to hang on to him as a witness against Loghain.
I also would definitely not just take off and risk leaving the Demon in control of the castle again. I'd want to leave some of my companions behind to keep an eye on things--probably Alistair (because of his Templar abilities) and Morrigan. Besides, I'm not sure that an Apostate and a former Templar would be the ideal companions for a visit to the Circle. And I'm sure Morrigan and Alistair would enjoy the opportunity to spend some quality time together.
Really, without those guarantees, I think I would just kill Conor and be done with it. I am sure that all havoc will break out as soon as I leave. I'm going to play along in the game because the Fade thing sounds interesting and I need to go to the Circle anyway, but I know I'm going to be so pissed when I. get back to Redcliffe and everybody's turned to Undead. And it's all my fault...except that I wouldn't really have let it happen..sigh. Just had to vent..
sigh.
