[Homeless Cheese]

I tried to post this in the gameplay tactics/help place but it wouldn't let me for some reason so I put it here just know that there will most likely be spoilers.

I need help knowing how to get the achievement for doing 250 damage in one attack as well as the one for getting every single party member.

For the party member one I have: Dog, morrigan, shale, allister, leliana, sten, zevran, wynne, ogrhen so who is the other one? Is it (spoiler)? I killed him first playthrough so that would make sense.
