Not anymore. Got my N7 Banner and finally stopped the grind fest. My rank now is 4020 so I'll never need GaW assets again. I'll just use a respec card for different builds.

Except for N7 mastery.  

Currently 59/60   ,,and I am holding off on that one for when I make a mistake speccing someone or I finish the character waves for the last challenge.

Always. I think it's a fun aspect to the game.. it changes things up. It hurts seeing 400k points wasted each game!

Not anymore. I used to, a lot. It made the N7 Mastery challenge easier to complete, but after I completed it I decided to keep all of my classes at 20 for awhile. Now, I can't be bothered to promote anymore.
