 I was on rio farming because RNG gave me 6 characters I already had in 3 reserve packs while trying to get a fury. 
this one team didnt farm like normal, they had me stand on teh middle catwalk on one side, with someone else on the other and 2 people hanging back sniping things. 
It went perfectly, I used 2 missles at the very last objective and we got a full extraction, so why do people camp a box if this exists, the other people were telling me how they had found it on the internet and how it was much easier to farm this way. 
Runtime was 29 minutes.

And for the record, I dont like farming that much, but RNG is a massive ****.
And I know glacier, but pugs dont like to sacrifice there precious missles.

Glacier/Cerberus. Nuke spawns on waves 5, 8 and 9. Save at least a few missiles for wave 10.
Result = 16-18 minute platinum matches.

Juggernaut / Vouls Adept + 2 DPS vs. whoever on Giant. Stay in the room right across from extraction. Jugg puts shield up, melee's anything that comes near. Volus stands near him, behind boxes to shield boost.

Profit.

If you're nuking spawns properly, should be quicker than 16-18 mins.

I see this setup on many maps, not just Giant.  All you need is a cozy corner on any map and players willing to huddle close together for half an hour.

I see this setup on many maps, not just Giant.  All you need is a cozy corner on any map and players willing to huddle close together for half an hour.

Can run with 3 dps on any map if your Juggernaut knows what he is doing. Also I'd prefer a Volus Engineer. Proxy+Recon Mine is much more useful than a bit faster recharge on shield boost.

Giant/Reaper camping the spawn with a jugg.

Snipe/Cast at enemies making the long march to you at the landing zone end of Rio.

Same on Dagger if everyone controls the spawns correctly.

Form a biotic death squad that doesn't skimp on consumables, play on any map.

Flamer + Chain Overload/Electric Slash/Throw/Warp/Shockwave play on any map so long as no one skimps on the consumables.

I didnt chose the farming life
The RNG store stole my car, my house, my wife, and left me to play video games in my uncles basement.
