Why do people complain about doing things that make the enemies die faster?

First flamers, now talons, do you hate having team mates that get you your credits faster?

I would rather my talon partner nuke spawns with mines than other talons failing at using them "the way they were intended to be used".

But if your complaint was a talon who only uses mines, and not the bow, I can understand. When I play, both mines AND my bow get liberal use. My gun is just an omni bayonett/guardian shield penetrating platform.

The Omni bow is also extremely powerful and tells the difference between noobs and more skillfl talon players but mines are too useful to be ignored and should be used on large groups of enemies

Again, this is assuming I will have to carry people, which is usually the case in random gold/plat matches. I prefer my games to be around 30 minutes max, so taking one of these "hold your hand" kits just makes sense. Sure, there are plenty of other kits that could be used, but I don't care how good you are, without high DPS, the match is going to drag. 
In the unlikely event I ran into a decent lobby, I might make an adjustment, but those are few and far between. 
My point is, you see a lot of Talons spamming Cains because they need to. Most random players are not very good at killing things (or not getting sync killed) on gold/plat.

Taken a bit out of context. I wasn't offended at all.

Just pointing out that some of these kits take much more practice than others and if I'm going to spend time learning anything, it's going to be how to kill things the fastest way possible. I don't care how cliché it is.

If you take the first paragraph, it clearly says "one of these", as it applies to what I personally take to gold/plat matches. No where does it state I need the Talon to get it in under 30 minutes, in fact the Talon is last on my goto list. You made an assumption.

In the second paragraph it clearly states "you see a lot of Talons", implying I am no longer referring to myself.

Do you feel enlightened? I didn't think so, but I believe my point is made. I think we can let others discuss this topic now.

yes I assumed. Your post made it easy to. And how is my assumption wrong if the Talon IS on your goto list? Last or not

Didn't had much experience with the talon, when I saw a video how to substitute missiles with the Talon's mines in speed runs.
Tried it out recently in a couple of Platinum PUGs, and it works. I love this guy now.

Of course, some people like their game to go slower, and would prefer to use their majestic bow.
The trade is that one mine cost one(?) arrow, but you can get your Talon to hold 15+ mines.

I personally play him,like almost a mastermind.Set up the cain mines in points you know the enemy will walk through,or a spot you can retreat to. The talon itself can hold his own with the omnibow set up for damage.I never bother to nuke spawns,because it's not really fun,I enjoy the thrill of being a hunter.Even on gold enemies fall before the omni bow,and I have the GPS X for a backup in case of pesky shields,or barriers.I never see many talons,to be honest,and the ones I have can barely play him,or don't nuke the spawns.He is by far one of all time favorite characters to play as.

I only use my god bow ,why spam mines like some sort of skill-less scrub when you have such a powerful tool?

Cains are hilariously OP but I moderate my usage of them. The Omni-Bow is much more fun to use...

Real men are on their 3rd time round, and felt like doing so with a bow.
