Can't Contact BioWare!

Now, I have no idea if I am posting this in the right area, I am still new to posting forums. Anyhow, I am unable to use the "Contact us," button. Why? Because when I do, and attempt to log in with my screen name, which the Email clearly says is "DemonZpawn." It informs me that the screen name is wrong, now I tried my passwords. I always use a maximum of three different, yet similar passwords. Dependant on the site, now, none seem to work. I attempted to click the, "forgot password," button.... But to no avail, it yet again informs me my screen name is incorrect. Help! I need to ask a small question. But I'm being blocked by this irrative problem.

Can you post the link of the page you are getting these messages from?

All account problems are strictly Game Adviser territory. There are none of them at or on, BSN, which is where you posted your question. When you get to the Help Center, it will seem they want you to leave, to go to AHQ empty-handed. Ignore that distraction.

Thank you, but I solved the problem. It just took roughly an hour of jumping back and forth. Tch, computers seem to hate me. Or I simply have bad luck. But thanks! Much appreciative of your responses.
