Executioner plus Collector (as a caster build). You can stagger mooks with dc so you've got a small window for that headshot. Has innate piercing, so take power mod and eb. The Exec packs a punch, ds packs a punch. He was meant to hit heavy.

Without Phasic Ammo 3, Executioner X cannot One-Headshot Gold Nemesis in Stasis. And that's with Pistol Rail Amp 3, Pistol Gear V and all passives specced for weapon damage and headshots. Just saying.

I tried the Executioner on her, it was good but still prefer the Paladin.

Warp rounds. DS spawn. DC mook in spawn, shoot staggered mook. Detonate DS. With the right passives you can destroy a dragoon/phantom spawn on plat in one cast of ds and dc. Once you set up a phantom with dc, shoot. No more barriers. Cast ds and detonate. Dead phantom on plat.

First of all, this thread is about AA with Exec. , and not about the bug with Exec. . Second thing - you've described destroying bunch of enemies with Biotics, and not with Executioner.   In such scenario you can as well use Paladin, Carnifex, Arc Pistol et cetera.

You don't want to use pistol gear or pistol amp for a pistol sniper though.  The VI head shooting gear and the Targetting consumables are your best bet.

Personally I liked the Suppressor on her better. Stasis, pop pop pop dead, move on. Plus if you miss there isn't as much of a penalty. Play collectors, they're heads are huge and nearly impossible to miss.

I haven't found a pistol that I haven't like yet. Thinking I will finish off the Suppressor before I start experimenting with the Executioner.

Nah dude, use the Talon or Arc Pistol. Unless you have a ridiculous abundance of Phasic Ammo.

Executioner is for classes with Overload.

Yeah, I used to use a Widow or Javelin for my shameless cheese sniper. It was boring and the cooldown and reload were too long, so I stopped playing it. The Ex fixes both of those.

Also liked the Suppressor, but I prefer that on an Infiltrator (backup for TGI). Ex is much more satisfying.

Jav is too heavy. Supressor is too weak and ammo starved.

Graal or Kishock might work though.

suppressor too weak? that thing hits headshots like a valiant, with a firing speed as fast as you can hit the trigger with no recoil.

yeah this. I really want to like the gun, but I always end up with the valiant. may try the paladin again sometime.
