Striker is probably a terrible choice because it runs out of ammo very quickly, and mobility isn't exactly your strong suit.

Good luck with the carpel tunnel though.

Typhoon is great but you will have some ammo resupply issues.
Geth spitfire is great too, if you are okay with its low damage, and you are tanking for your teammembers who in turn are using the good guns.
On "small" maps like glacier, giant and even white, use claymore. Now that I think about it, crusader might work well too because of its good damage, something which the juggernaut js not very well known fot.
Finally, dont use the harrier unless you are willing to hump the ammo boxes.

You'll be very effective with the lolreegar if you are one with the dark side. I also have friends who like the Typhoon on him.
I'd personally say you're better off with a gun that can be used at all distances which also has an ample suppy of ammo, just to be ready for any map.

I used him to complete the Geth spitfire challenge, but I don't think I'd ever recommend it. With the movement penalty he goes from being slow to being essentially stationary. If you and your team are okay playing that way I guess that's fine, but he's much more fun as a mobile tank.

Sniper/Shottie Juggs are pretty fun too. I recently had a game where a guy was using only a Kishock on a Juggy. It was actually hilariously effective. No hipfire penalty, so you can do max damage near or far. Might want to host if you're gonna try that...

Juggernaut doesnot suffer a movement speed penalty. Him, and non sentinel krogans. They can move at normal speed with spitfire. Juggernaut it already slow to begin with; he doesnt get any slower by carrying spitfire or pizzas. He is not a "mobile" tank to begin with.mykejm wrote...

Ah ok, thanks for clarifying. So yeah, Spitfire would work then, but I'd prefer a gun that can dispatch things quickly in between rag-dolling things.
As for mobility, if you throw an Adrenaline Module III on the Jugg, he is most definitely a mobile tank. What else are you going to use them for?

I actually prefer the spitfire, using incendiary 4 ammo ( ap modem+ damage barrel ). I equip a raider for those darn dragoons.
I tried the javelin, but nothing good to reload cancel with. Also, after using the spitfire, I found I hardly ever used the shotgun, so i use the assault 3 gun rail instead of sg rail.

That shotgun is deadly at any range, it reloads fast ( if like me you don't use Reload Cancel ) and once you are proficient with it's aiming, you get ultra easy headshots because the Jug can stand just about anywhere and take all the time it needs to aim a perfect shot.
Yes, it weights alot but if you never fire your Pulse Cannon and only activate it for the DR bonus, weight becomes irrelevant. No need for a Smart Choke either so you can put the Omni Blade and the dual DMG/Piercing mod. The Crusader also has innate piercing which even add up to it.
