Hell, Iunno, it's just the way things work, as far as we understand them. If it lives, breeds, and some of them die before breeding or don't breed as much as others, there's some form of selection.

There is no such thing as "final evolution" for evolution to stop their would be zero purpose to adapt or change you would need a perfect world.

In ME3 context this final evolution is no more final that Destroy. Nothing is stopping augmented creates from creating synthetics and then you have organic sythectics vs Pure sythetics.

Synthesis is essentially brainwashing. There are no true organics or synthetics but unless the transformation also alters minds and thoughs what is stopping rowgue Quarians attacking the geth, or a Cerberus like splinter cell? Nothing

You argue that - If you don't wanna be changed, if you don't wanna change others, if you don't have desire to shape the world around you, then you are dead-end and will become extinct eventually. And the ones who always look forward, who's mind is opened to changes and innovations - will prevail.-

If choosing Synthesis is the final evolution then by your own argument you cannot evolve further, you have effectively chosen to end not just the human race but every single race in the universe.

So Seival is basically like Andrew Jackson claiming patent reviews are no longer needed because everything new and unique has already been invented in his time period, and there is nothing further to benefit.

Look at how stupid that makes Andrew Jackson look hundreds of years later. Seival looks just as ridiculous.

It is at least conceivable that the catalyst is right in the sense that synthetic-organic synthesis will allow life to evolve to- or reach a new level of development, transcending the limitations of both organic and synthetic life. And if it is true that life always will need to be supported by a material base, it might be true the synthesis is a "final stage" of sorts, but only as a paradigm of evolution as the synthesised lifeforms will continue to evolve within this final paradigm.

I'm with Seival and her unyielding positivity.

And for the record, those slides exist merely to make people think the endings are super terrifically happy now-instead of the galaxy being annihilated as the original endings tended to more than imply, due to exploding relays.  The fact that the game shows no real consequences at the end is laughable.  It's not intellectual, intelligent, philosophical. 

agree to the rest of the post also. but i don't mind helping fan the seival flame

although i did always find it funny that they didn't show the outcome of the geth for destroy . i just mean it is the same slide they used with the qurians in control

not sure you can get zaeed with synthesis though . slide i mean. happy to be proven wrong but i have never seen it and i didn't give kasumi the data so her slide won't pop up

hmm suppose i could find out if i pick.... synthesis * shivers *  but but the same reasons as everyone else ( well some )  it would be for science
