Is there a way to fix this on the Xbox 360?  I'm currently having this problem and no way to fix it.  It advised me to put in a new account name and password but I cant fine anywhere to do that.  

Also being unable to access the database causes me to be unable to specialize my characters because it says that the ones I have unlocked are still locked.
