Ok just hear me out you don't have to get all mad about it. So if DA:I has MP should it affect the game. I'm not saying the way ME3's MP made it so if you didn't play it you got a bad ending. But look at it almost like buying DLC. If some one chooses to get DLC it affects the game. So now if you play MP maybe you can get a speacial mission in the game or meet a new character. Because RPG's are about chose and if some one chooses to play MP shouldn't there chose have an outcome. What do you people think.
DA:I MP Should it affect the game.

No thanks.
Then my inner single player completionist would feel like I'd have to play MP to get the most out of the game.

No.
There's going to be MP, guess there's no way around that. But it should not in any way effect the SP game.
Not even as some kind of DLC.

No! It's already bad enough that they're being forced by EA to do multiplayer.

ME3 MP having an affect on SP is why we got that horrible war asset system. MP should be its own thing and not connect to SP.

They haven't even verified that there will be multi-player, just that there will be some on-line element (one that, one presumes, will encourage microtransactions) as required by EA. While MP might be the most obvious way to do that it hasn't been confirmed.

I wouldn't want it to connect to SP. That was just a hassle in ME3. But I won't object to actually having an MP.

No, although it already affects it, even if it exists.
It takes time from something else that could be in the game -.-

I would have to know what kind of affect it has before deciding if I want it or not. It would be cool if it affected the ambient dialog, Orzammar criers and the like.

We don't know what the online/social component of the game is going to be, but I rather not have anything like the system they have for Mass Effect 3 for it allows people to create conspiracy theories and honestly doesn't improve the game at all. If they want to add co-op or multiplayer like Mass Effect 3 that is fine by me, but I don't want to feel that if I don't want to play those aspects of the game I am being punished by missing content.

HELL NO!
All that does is split the strength of the team working on the game. And if you want a good game, you shouldn't want MP at all.

Absolutely not. and this time i want Bioware to be honest about it before release too. They said MP didn`t affect ME3 when it came out, and yet it did. They fixed it with a patch later, though (after the MP had become a huge success due to forced play).

it wouldn't make sense because you get to choose what side to be on in M3 you couldn't you are building up your army for the final battle so Dragon age 3 couldn't do that

I don't see why they online thing couldn't just be co-op, i hate EA, offline and online co-op would be fun
