Guys, I really don't think that the dialogue for the pre-Cerberus Normandy scene is broken. I think it was intentionally cut short for pacing reasons, like the extended dialogue with Anderson in the ending convo. I'm not saying that I wouldn't have wanted it to be included, I'm just saying that I don't think it was glitched short.

But the Citadel date was definitely bugged and, thanks to HJF4, I can enjoy it as it was intended! It totally makes sense, now and feels complete.

It wasn't cut - all the lines are still there and mentioned in the files, it's just not working.
Anderson's convo wasn't cut as well - it triggers only if Shep was forever alone.

I am a console gammer and really wish I could get these fixed it really annoys me that she says nothing on the Normandy and talks to no one else and the date scene where it just cuts of mid sentence and don't make sense I've heard that the added dialog in the pre Cerberus raid romance scene should be what's said if u were faithfull to her which I was and its meant to be instead of the other dialog not added on but I never get it and also I posted my thoughts about these bugs in my own forum and the reply I got was that others don't experience problems with her dialogue and it all works fine which confused me
