I have the Extended Cut, I have ME1, 2, and 3. I DO not have any Dlc, nor do I have online access.
I want to get the perfect and best ending possible. Which one is it and how do I get it? Online searches are rather confusing and I am not sure which is which or what is what. I need clearer explanation.
Yeah I know this is the wrong place, but for some reason I am not able to post in the ME3 forums. Not sure what else to do.

There is no such concept as a 'perfect ending' in the Mass Effect games.
Throughout each game you will be allowed to make certain story choices. But no choice is objectively better or worse than any other.
The closest you will get to the concept is making sure your crew survives ME2. In which case I refer you to this handy guide:

Hope this helps.

It very much depends on your personal take, and what you value. I would say there is no "perfect ending" but some endings are better than others. I personally think that one of the endings was envisioned by the writers as being the "best", but that ending, to me, is the worst, for a couple of reasons, one of them being because it completely abandons the SciFi genre, and goes into pure fantasy, in a really jarring way.
There are only two endings that both stay within the genre, AND don't seem completely idiotic from a role playing point of view. One of those possibilities leads to failure to stop the Reapers, which wouldn't be so unsatisfying if at the very least there were dialogue options that gave the TRUE reasons why that option, in reality, was the only reasonable one, given what Sheppard knew.
So there's only one option, for me, that doesn't completely drive me up a wall, though it is still unsatisfactory, because of having to go along, like an idiot, with something you have no reason at all to trust, and every reason to distrust.
Can't be more specific, since this is the no-spoiler forum.
