So can we have everything unlocked now?

Having to unlock every item you want randomly would be like if Rock Band didn't let you play every song on the disc unless you unlocked them. But you only get the Green Day songs 5% of the time, in between which you're overloaded with Blink-182.
Hmm. Maybe I'll play Rock Band for a bit.

Other companies put time and effort into putting a polished product on the market. EA don't.
I hope Bioware are given the chance to put polished products on the market place again. I really do.
Time will tell on that.
Look at games like dishonored, Bioshock Infinite or Borderlands 2. Polished products with the time and effort put in, to make them all very good, high quality games. None of them, not even borderlands 2 have microtransactions.
But in the case of ME3 and it's MP DLC, I'd say we got what we paid for. That said, given the time contraints and the small dev team, the ME3 MP DLC guys did an amazing job. It's just a pity they weren't given the opportunity to really polish their product and get bugs fixed properly.
Hopefully in the next game, now they've proven themselves perhaps they'll get the resources they need to reach their potential.
If gamers though wish to be allow themselves to be milked for cash I guess that's their choice. EA will exploit them until they're dry.
I dunno what any of this has to with making all the unlocks free.
I don't own any of those games, and don't plan to buy them. So those companies might have put out the most polished products in the world, but if it doesn't interest me, I'm not going to spend my hard-earned.
Not a whole lot I guess. No game has ever given everything right from the beginning. More of a steady build up to bigger and better items. But the unlock system could have been better and a lot less random.

Enjoyed many server disconnects lately. With MP DLC we got what we paid for. The devs did the best they could with what they had.palmof40sorrows wrote...

More like given charity. It's not like they're doing anything to earn it.HolyAvenger wrote...
It's almost like they're a company that wants to keep making money.
Imagine that. Crazy talk.
Increase in drop rates would have been the way to go. Not much difference in lack of progression due to having everything maxed and lack of progression due to being screwed over.
Yeah it's not like they invested resources in the making and maintaining of the game or ANYTHING.

They will just be starting out and might be more inclined to do some micro transactions.
This game isn't all about you.
