Who knows? I'll first see what it's like. Pre ordering is out of the question though. If it's good it'll still be there a month or two after release. If it's not then I might still pick it up from the bargain bin later. Same with DA3.

Yes but not until it's $20 or so.
Why? B/c even thought I enjoyed the hell out of ALL of the trilogy....the ending seemed phoned in. That may see like a small part and petty to some...but for a game that purposely creates emotional attatchment, having the ending we had makes it look like the creators had less respect for the series than the fans.
And thats not the type of company I blindly do business with.

Unlikely, but that has nothing to do with Bioware or the ending.
Origin, draconian DRM, in-game purchases and integral multiplayer are dealbreakers for me - and all signs point towards these things infecting the next ME.
I could live with some of these EA shenanigans because I was invested in the conclusion of the trilogy. That won't mollify me next time.

I'm interested enough to follow its development. If it ends up looking like something I'll enjoy, I'll buy. If not, I won't. Pretty much like almost every other game, really.

If its always online to play - no.
If its an MMO - no.
If its a shooter with "RPG elements" like Borderlands - no (love Borderlands but ME is not the same game)
If its a similar model to the Shepard trilogy - yes, probably
I won't pre-order but will await reviews. I am a bit too pragmatic to let the last 15 minutes of the trilogy invalidate the hundreds of hours of pleasure the ME series gave me prior to that.
I see no need to spite my face so my nose remains affixed.

If it has Shepard then yes.
If not, Mass Effect is officially dead and so are BioWare to me.

Don't know. Definitely feel fingers burned by ME3. So i'll wait till i find out about the game before deciding anything.

I highly doubt it. If recent EA games are anything to go buy then its a NO. If its got always online single play (The EA server disconnect mission in ME3 is so annoying!) and it is an MMO in the bane of SWTOR then no not at all.
But in general no! ME to me is Shepard and the Reapers. The ENTIRE universe of ME exists because of the Reapers ie. Mass Realys, Citadel, Prothean artefacts. Without those elements it isn't an ME game its just a Halo FPS.

I'll end up buying it, I know that much. Despite being somewhat burnt with DA2 and ME3, I still very much love the characters and stories Bioware come up with.
Whether or not I preorder it is the real question. Depends what goodies it has for preorder bonuses I suppose, and how much I can spare at the time.

Most likely, unless Destroy is made canon then I'll probably wait and see, I don't like the implications of Destroy being made cannon.

I'm hesitant but Ill probably buy it anyway because its still Mass Effect, its still a Bioware game and I know Ill love it just as much as the previous games even though Shepard's gone.
I don't know if Ill pre-order, it really depends on what they offer with it. I can go without guns that make the game ten times easier or armors that are uniquely hideous but then I'm also a loot **** and I just have to have everything...

No. There are lots of reasons. The ending of ME3 and the way Bioware has handled it and their Day 1 DLC, forced multiplayer, cut down rpg elements, depleted dialogue wheel, forced characters and overall handling of ME3 (Even tho, it's still a great game despite all those things) have hindered my confidence in BioWare. They are lucky that I will rent or borrow DA3. But it's not just ME3, also SWTOR and DA2 and the full integration of EA's buisness practices have this once feverishly loyal fan and customer losing more and more confidence in the BioWare name and company ever day.
The best thing for BioWare to do would be to ditch EA and go back to Microsoft or maybe Warner Bro's. But sadly, I don't think that will happen.

Yes, definitely.
Cheap commitment though, since I can luckily rent most EA games for free.
But still regardless of that luxury, the MEU has such a big place in my heart that I will definitely give it a look. Whatever it'll turn out to be. Whether because I like what was previewed, or just because I need to watch it crash and burn for myself.
I think only when the brand were to become as ridiculously huge as the SW franchise, that I would ommit games because they vary greatly in their genre/setting/production value, let alone the sheer quantity.

In a heartbeat.
I love the universe, plain and simple. And I like the my-choices-transfer-from-game-to-game-and-affect-the-outcome mechanics (though I hope they've learned their lesson about red-blue-green endings).

If it's going to be prequel or secquel with canon Synthesis - I definietely won't buy it.
But if it's going to be secquel without canon ending or with canon Destroy AND all of the gameplays, trailers etc. will look good, than I will preorder it.

Depends, have to see what the future marketing have to offer. But if they really are ditching Shepard, then my adventures in Mass Effect universe are over.

Not planning on it, no. I maintained interest this far through a sort of inertia, fueled by an interest in seeing where I could see "my" character go. A new game with a separate continuity wouldn't be about "my character," it'd be about somebody else's character again. I've already had that experience from a Bioware game franchise once before, it was called Dragon Age 2. The main character was new and I didn't like him, my old character's actions were completely irrelevant, and most of the setting details from the old one were absent.
Right now they'd be more likely to get my money with a completely new intellectual property, in a new setting, with new characters, where the plot, setting, and characters interested me and the marketing offered an interesting game experience I haven't had before.

No, I won't buy it. Not the next ME game and not the new IP that the former ME team is working on.
I loved pretty much everything about the first ME: I trusted the developers with ME2 and I was slightly disappointed, I trusted them again with ME3 (you know, thinking that they actually had a plan) and was hugely disappointed.
Not doing that again, thanks.
I still have some faith that the DA team will be able to deliver a good game, though. We'll see.

I'm undecided, and will be for a long time. Because of ME3, DA2, and SimCity, I will only purchase games 1 month after their release dates.
