I wouldn't worry about it. A lobby of idiots is doomed to failure most of the time anyways. If they kick you without giving you time to equip, they're morons.

Anyways I wasn't trying to fight with people on BSN about this( unless you were the guy ). Different opinions are always welcome ( even if ignored if invalid or rudely put ).

You'll aways get a vocal minority more often than not. PUGs but their very nature are random folks. Some of us are jerks, and some of us are stand up players. (I identify as a PUG, since most of my friends have moved on.)
My personal preference matches your own. Though it's more along the lines of me rather liking to take a kit into a game that fits, rather than JIP dropping me into a random match with who knows what kit using who knows what equipment. If my kit has a role to play, then I'm in, otherwise, it's just as much my time as theirs, so I'll leave and restart a search. No lost amps, no hard feeling, no boxes on Rio. I'll change up my kit as I find the lobbies, to suit the game.
