She's supposed to give you the option of asking about her changing your mind about your relationship with your LI once both her and the LI's approval value is to a certain point and you find aneirin for her. Except that didn't happen. I've been with Zevran and only him, both her and him are maxed out on their approval rating, and I found aneirin and got the conversation where she thanks you for it. Yet, all I can ask her about is "the circle". So Wynne is apparently never going to apologize on this playthrough. B!tch.
Wynn never said sorry about my relationship.

She may. With Zevran, the apology happens very late in the game. Basically, you have to wait for the LI to fall in love, and Zevran doesn't fall in love until after the Landsmeet is called. 100 Adore is not enough. However, if he's had the encounter which is the equivalent to his personal quest and his approval is maxed, you may have hit the bug which makes him never fall in love. Has he offered his gift yet?
Anyway, I like the apology Wynne gives regarding Zevran the best. It's definitely worth the wait.
