Yeah, the Revy + Turian Soldier is great. Marksman plus Turian stability bonus makes it very usuable.
Though the TSol + Locust is amusing. I think someone posted a video a few months ago depicting one of his friends ripping through Cerberus w/headshots so I've tried it. I'm not as good as the person in the video, but targets w/heads tend to lose health/shields/barriers very quickly when Marksman is activated. Armor doesn't go down as well, but I guess AP ammo would help with that.

, just after the Locust got a buff to dmg and headshot multiplier. He was ripping through cerberus like paper.But yeah, TSol makes most otherwise hard to handle rapid firing weapons easy thanks to both Marksman AND passive stability bonuses, especially when you add in the debuffing from Proxy Mine to the bargain
