It's probably going to have some naked Asari as art livery on the hull.

I just don't see the appeal of aliens. They are physically repulsive.

No, I don't think that's it. I'm not racist or speciesist, I just am not physically attracted to aliens. Only humans.

If it's a new and revolutionary design, they should call it "Dreadnought". It would be an appropriate nod towards history, and have the added advantage of causing endless confusion.

Frigates are named for battles, cruisers are named for cities, and dreadnoughts are named for mountains, so my ship would be the SSV Timpanogos

It would be nice to name your own ship - I just don't think this is particularly practical for the reasons that everyone else has listed such as the cinematics and voicework.
