If you click ready in lobby with two low N7´s, please don´t call them ****s after we wipe out. I mean...we all clicked "ready". We were all prepared that we can fail with this set up, there is no need to be rude, right?... right?

What bothers me is when I say in the lobby, "Use consumables" and then we enter the match, and don't.

Half the time they are stingy, the other half, they DON'T have any to use.

Agreed, actually. Every now and then, I'll ready up in a lobby that I know is going to be over matched, simply out of fatigue from looking for a decent one. If I ready up, I accept the consequences of my actions.

 Yeah, sometimes I just want a quick match, so I don't mind carrying some pugs. But when I get sync killed, and no one knows how to stun a banshee because they're too stingy with their thermal clips, that's when I get mad.

I never use conusmables unless I'm in Platinum  .

Kinda this. Even the consumables don't bother me as much as no equipment though. Even more so with gear...it's permanent why not use it?

As far as I can remebmer that as soon as you use a thermal clip you get a large boost in weapon damamge for a short time that can make a banshee drop a grabbed team mate.  Other things can do it as well I believe, seems to me my granades have done it as well.  Others on here will give you a mor precise answer I'm sure.

If you can inflict a massive damage spike on a banshee then she'll often be staggered, knocking her out of the sync kill animation. Thermal clip packs give a 100% additive damage bonus to your weapon for 10 seconds so they're handy for said purpose.
