It hit me that in the defense of Loghain Mac Tir threat we are not discussing a trial, we are discussing our own personal and biased oppinions of the man.

To properly settle the argument I think that only course of action is to ( try ) and have a trial against Loghain. With a judge, attorneys and prosecuters.Though for that of course we need a judge who is willing to be unbiased either way. ( would ask one of the moderators )

Those wishing to be on the defence or the prosecution please post here. There will be maxium of 3 on either side.
