Has it screwed up all the other cross playthroughs achievements as well? I just finished my last romance and I got the one but didn't get the achievement for them all.

It would kind of make sense that it would screw any and everything that is across playthroughs since the specializations are designed the same way. This patch has certainly become an annoyance. The biggest problem is that BioWare can't just patch it right away, they have to get through certification and all this other jazz first. Maybe MS will make an exception and get this thing out expediently?
