Who knows how many more point Disciple would've had if he:
A) Didn't revive Cain
Didn't call out mobs for he and Cain to tag-team (not that Cain needed it most of the time, if at all).
C) Used the lolReegar
D) Forbid Cain from using the Warp/Incendiary glitch
