1) Yes, I want full on nudity for all genders and all scenes (that includes same sex scenes too).
2) Yes, but only for straight, I don't want to watch two guys or two girls getting it on.
3) Yes, but only the women should be nude. I don't want to see male genitalia.
4) Yes, but only the men should be nude.  I don't want to see female genitalia.
5) Yes, but only the top. Avoid the lower part.
6) No, I want them to be nude, but the camera and shadows should cover up their naughty bits.
7) Underwear is good enough for me.
8) Just have 'em kiss and fade to black for crying out loud.
9) I don't care.

Seriously, the Witcher 2 did the closest thing to full frontal I've seen in a video game and I think the way they did it was great. Not awkward at all and not perverted either. The scene between Geralt and Triss in the bath was the best example I've seen of doing a proper love scene in a video game.

I personally think that the sex scenes should be either shadowed out or in underwear. There's no point in annoying the ESRB with visible nudity. (Underwear is better for not ticking them off, but the shadows are certainly better aesthetically.)

Besides, with regards to the PC gamers, there's going to be at least two nude mods by the first week. And with this system we get to pick which parts we want to see personally, and just going off the Nexus results there'll probably be something for all tastes. (By which I mean not just gender tastes, but also more specific appearance desires.)

Gah. First of all... The ESRB exists for a reason and has mature classifications for various forms of entertainment.

Second... Underwear? Seriously? I don't give a rats about full frontal nudity. I am however sick of games treating sex and sexuality like some kind of social pariah that must be shamed along with anyone who dares to enjoy it. These mods shouldn't need to exist if this issue was treated with a modicum of respect.

To be quite honest. I don't see much separating the two at this point. Just limit the blood, and the curse words that are there.
