Roughly 3 weeks ago or so.  To the best of my knowledge my privacy settings are open to everyone.  Other than that I don't see anything that needs to be altered on my end.

Yeah, that's weird. Technically, you're completely open to everyone on my end as well. I took the manifest url template and substituted your info. I can see it. Damn it EA.
