So my Fire Band preorder bonus doesnt display in my DLC list, and i cannot open my old games because those characters has it and the file disapeared. my Memory band is still there, And idonno were my codes are so am i basicaly screwed?

Yeah tried that but the prob is that my Fire Band doesnt show up as on of my things i can download here...

and it doesnt show up on my dlc page in the 360s main menu
so after i delete it i have no way to get it again

You are sure you're logged in with the right EA account? If you are entitled to it and it is indeed gone from your list, all you can do is contact ea support, I don't think anyone here can help you.
