Human Engineer or Salarian Infiltrator. The former because it has an answer to just about everything (even running away=>drone), and the latter for damage dealing+anti shield+debuff.

The Volus Engineer is close, but after getting so used to having a shield strip power, it's hard to feel good without one.

Krolord + Wraith X (omniblade, HVB) + Juggernaut Shields V, Strength Enhancer III (steroids for ME3 lol). just play smart and know when NOT to charge anything that can snatch you up
