So I bought the Arrival and Shadwo Broker DLC through the Bioware site and installed it. I have the Steam version of ME2.
I went to start the game after installing it and it said something like "You need to log into Cerberus Network and purchase DLC" or something.
So I read a thread that said basically you just need to log in to authenticate the DLC. So I did and it didn't give me an error but I'm not sure if the DLC is active.
How do I check or do I not have to worry about it?
Question about DLC.....

If your not getting any error message or anything you should be cool m8, when playing the game after the mission horizon when your back on ship you will receive a message "shadowbroker intel" i think you know then thats installed correctly, you will also receive a video message from admiral hackett giving you a mission that mission is arrival, id recommend leaving Arrival mission until after doing the suicide mission.
You can also try go to My Games then Your Registered Game Content under your profile pic top left of forums see if the DLC is listed there,
