I don't think so. I never would have looked twice at Liara or Tali if they were Star Wars characters or something. Looks alone wouldn't have done anything for me. I never even considered the possibility of Tali as a romance until ME 2.

People become better looking the longer you know them, you know?

A poor imitation of Yvonne Strahovsky.

I love Jack's romance. Jack is way. way. WAY sexy. My favorite is Miss Lawson, but Jack's is both rewarding from a physical and emotional standpoint, especially for a colonist born shepard. Jack is awesome. She's a great romance. Jack is an incredibly dynamic yet robust character. She's very deep, lots of swagger and attitude but at her core she is just a young woman who needs to be loved. She loves Shepard. LOVES him. And this is why I always choose destroy. to be back with Jack.

There are exceptions to every rule of course.

But if the more popular female LIs were all modelled to be plain looking, they'd only have a fraction of the people they currently have as fans of their LI paths.

That isn't to say that dialogue and content and voice actors don't have their role of course, because they certainly do.

Well, yeah, of course. I certainly wouldn't have romanced a genuinely ugly character.

Jack's personality reminds me of myself a lot actually. She's definitely one of my favorite squadmates. And one of my favorite humans. Which is saying a lot since I detest the humans race.

Yeah I'd tap her. While she's double wrapped in bacon.

Jack does have the most beautiful face in the series. I agree on that.

Speaking of which, who is Jack's face model?

I'm almost entirely certain that her face wasn't just sculpted by the art team, but there's nothing on Jack's wiki page about a facial model, only her voice (and she doesn't look like Courtenay Taylor).

I personally think Miranda has the best face though, what with being a brunette Yvonne Strahovski (you literally cannot go wrong there).

I loved Jack in ME2 because of the fantastic job Courtney Taylor did with the voice acting and her eyes, holy crap her eyes are awesome. Didn't mind the shaved head, tattoos and leather belt as it all served to reinforce her character and how she put on this front so people leave her alone. Her whole life was filled with abuse and in the rare occasion where she trusted people enough to let them get close, she got hurt even more when they betrayed her or, in Murtock's case, died for her sake.

The tattoo's are a bit much. I don't mind gals with tats but Jacks are litterally all over. But yeah, she's still gorgeous and my expierence in real life is that edgy tatted up chicks are great in the sack, so I'm sure Jack bangs Shep's brains out, lol. Plus she's cool and a biotic bad ass. Plus 10 points for that.

I really liked jack I would pick her over, Miranda, Liara, or Samara anyday, I just couldn't pick her over Tali. Also the barbarian bra thing she wore in ME2 was weird.

One of the thing I loved about Jack was that she wasn't worshiping Shepard like all the other LIs do. She'll call you a **** on the very first encounter whereas the others will just gloss over him. Her romance always felt more natural to me as she loves Shepard the human being, not Shepard the first Human Spectre and Saviour of the Citadel.

I wouldn't say all the other LIs worship Shep.

Miranda, for one, pretty much says **** off without the exact words and then doesn't show much interest til after Shepard proves himself.

As far as Tali, Liara, Ash, and Kaidan, they're a bit more star-struck it's true, but they fought along Shepard before he was the Savior, so I give them more slack for adoring a hero they worked with rather than a title "Savior of the Citadel" they had never met before. I wouldn't say Steve worships Shep immediately either...

You know me Reezy.

And dem ******. She has a nice handful. Perfect for wrapping in bacon with some scotch on the side of course.

Give me triple shot of Jack. And I'm not just talking about the drank either.

Whoever it was that started that stupid meme is truly an idiot, like full stop, on top of being blind.

I know it sounds butthurt, but good God, if you're (not you personally) going to attempt to be funny in something juvenile, literally the only requirement is that your gag actually needs to be funny and have some basis in reality. Miranda doesn't look a g**damn thing like Michael Jackson.

Agreed. That Miranada/Michael comparison is always annoying, wrong, and just plain bad to see.  <_<

So yeah please stop from me too. :police:

In the case of Ashley, Tali, and Liara, their first encounters with Shepard also with having their lives saved by him or her. Considering they owe their lives to Shepard, being a little a bit in awe is understandable.

On a side note I never really considered until now how in love the ME1 devs were with damsels in distress. Every female squadmate is recruited after having to be rescued.

Nothing irks me more than a joke that is stupid for the sake of being stupid (and is actually bordering on insulting) while holding no substance.

It would be like if I said that Jack (in ME2) looks like David Draiman because they both have no hair on their head and have ear piercings. Except, y'know, David Draiman isn't a figure of public humiliation.

 Loving Jack?

I do plenty of that, myself.

I'm not typically attracted to that body type (tiny) but I'm a sucker for the wild ones, and I value person over body.

Yeah but I would just laugh at that and shake it off.

Again, it needs to have substance and some base in reality.

A lion does not concern himself with the opinions of a sheep.

Being what I do, I take comedy very seriously. Kind of backwards-sounding when I put it that way.

That would be like walking up to a professional (gridiron) football player and saying "lol f*g rolling around on top of guys". It's just malicious and spiteful, on top of being flat-out juvenile and devoid of any real thought.
