Anyone that's been getting fed up with mainstream AAA gaming/RPGs, and their catering to the masses, need to check this list out.  After about a decade or so of dark times, things are FINALLY starting to look up.  It's an exciting time to be a crpg fan.

I remember that, I don't know if it was the Codex or another site, they used to hate hard on Joshua Sawyer when he was working on Van Buren. Pretty funny how those people are the same ones who wanted Van Buren as opposed to Fallout: 3.

Anyways, back to the topic, yes, the list is awesome. So many good games coming from Kickstarter and independent projects. I didn't have money to give towards the new Planescape, but I have such a big backlog that I don't care. My holy grail right now are: Project Eternity, Wasteland: 2, and Dead State. The rest are just fillers.

No, you should have called them retarded rather than stupid.

You got to love Codex sometimes, I mean come on ! Just look at this gold !

Codexian Statement:
Grimrock 2 is degenerate real time combat mambo.

Codexian Reply: Shut your **** mouth. It's more of an rpg than any **** adventure game you play, not to mention Mass Effect trilogy which you've played multiple times. I'll take combat mambo over cover based combat and no combat any day.

: ) : ) : )

This much lands pretty close to mark though. I find it creepy how there apparently exist people who find  cover based shooters somehow fun or entertaining. It is by default incredibly lame and dickless form of gameplay.
Hurr best sit behind these boxes so my HP/shield restores durrr.
