 Hi.
I have just finished playing DA and all its DLCs (Awakening, Golems, Withc Hunt) with one character. 
Now I want to play DA2 and Iam curious about which save I should load for make sure that all my actions in Origins will have impact on 2.

Rather than load a save, create a save that conforms exactly to what you did. This is the single best way to have a non-bugged import. Importing an actual save rarely works perfectly. USing a save generator insures that all the flags are set properly.

Go with the save where your Warden is the highest level.  For me that was always the last Awakenings save.
