In the forum "The Things PUGs Say..." (link below) people with low N7 points reported that at first they wanted kick them from the lobby. At the end they outscored the others. That's because they don't bother to promote.

I agree (partially) with other that added: Score don't count either.

Some geth jugs made low scores in my platinum games, but they were the MVPs (I thank them). They blocked banshees and phamtons reducing the risk of insta-kills.

Sometimes someone need to choose resistance and caution instead attack power to reduce risks and withstand critical moments.

Other times people use weaker combos to pursue challenges.

PUGs have been getting low scores long before challenge system and Juggs comes to the party.

Score does matter, to some degree. Even if you're mostly healing, or blocking bosses, you should be shooting, meleeing, and using powers. It doesn't matter if you have the lowesst score, the problem is if there's a huge gap between third and last.

You can also stop enemies by killing them, which also happens to make the match go faster.

I tell you what else prevents sync-kills other than the Juggernaut.

Killing the enemy.

And that actually helps the team.

If someone isn't killing stuff, they're not doing it right.

Juggernauts should do more than melee bosses, and Volus should be killing everything instead of healing.

I literally have no words for my hatred for the Volus who follows me around and spams Shield Boost. I hate to hear that sound every 2 seconds, so I end up running away from the idiot. BUT HE CHASES ME TO SPAM SB. F**k.

Those don't matter. We just have to stand fast, stand strong and stand together.

I actually adore them and do take care of them if they choose me to follow. Happened only twice though...
The volus I hate is the ones who go on their own little adventure and get killed.

Point whoring and wave 11 rockets are the best things you can do to help the team.

Score is everything. Join us, OP.

Outscore some random noobs with Grenade Gear or a Reegar Lolfiltrator and feel good about yourself. If you want to stroke your e-peen even more, take a screenshot so the whole world can see how big your digital dong is.

When you got 12000 effective health and shields, your pick from every giant mob dropper and big rocket launcher, there is no reason you should need to Heavy Melee EVERYTHING. It has to be said, I don't count a Juggernaut who scored 24k to be the most valuable player, you think I'd have been synced if he wasn't there? (And ****** off before you start Megabeast ). Hell the game would've went 10 minutes faster because at least the replacement random would actually damage the enemy AND he'd be able to get out of the spawn the team is hitting BEFORE wave 8 starts... He isn't valuable at all, he's more of a hinderance. Without him less spawns would be blocked because he's too slow to get out of them in between waves forcing us to hit other less convenient spawns, enemies would die quicker thanks to someone acutally pressing RT and most of all, I wouldn't have a dick head placing his Hex Shield in front of my Graal Spike Thrower, Stasis, Throw, Incinerate or Overload...

You know you're a boss when you outscore 3 people as a Juggernaut or a Volus.

I agree though. Score means nothing. Broken score system doesn't give enough points for a lot of team based gameplay. Shield boosts, the life saving kind, missile eating, hex shield blocking, detonating explosions, feeding nades to Nubs, assists in general should give more points.

Yes, N7, challenge scores, character levels do matter in conjunction with looking at the persons weapons and load out.

You should always be doing something to damage the enemy. Even a shield spamming Volus can fire off acolyte/falcon rounds in between casts. Just the act of stripping shields throughout the match will get you 75k+ in gold. Plus you make it easier for the heavy hitters

99.9% of the time, yes, it actually does most definitely mean one of those two things.

Really low score means you are either a noob, or an ****, plain and simple. There will always be exceptions sure, but srsly get over it, majority rules, facts of life.

That being said you don't always have to be the good guy and help out and carry your own weight. This is Mass Effect, if you want to be a hero, you can, if you want to be an ****, you can do that too.

Gold extraction with <100,000 points= Renegade or noob.
