I disliked getting Sniper Mastery, I ended up doing most of my bronze solo's while working on that. When playing with the guys I usually play with, don't really get to kill much with a sniper rifle

N7 is the killer for so many, myself included.

(skip the next bit if you like promoting)

What I did: Save
credits, promote all 6, spam recruit packs till consumables were all
255 (about 500k each time... if that sounds a lot to anyone it isn't... and even lvl 1 gear can be very useful), spend rest on "Will it be UR or will it be cryo ammo" packs. They
ended up between 8-14 depending on how bad I'd played/how many consumables I'd used
the preceeding week. And in each class there's gonna be at least 1
person you can play at higher wave levels to help level the other
characters up, no? 

But more importantly,.. it's a chance to start using
odder combinations of weapons and builds/power evolutions. Doesn't really matter if your build is bad when you'll have to redo it in a few days, no? Melee demolisher
was surprisingly fun. DVG with fast recharge pull and 3 in fitness is amazing fun. I could go on and on

Nearly got squad elite done at 98%. Just need a few more n7 weekend challenges.. oh wait..



But yeah i have loads left. Just wanted the solo mastery really to attempt to hide my uselessness. And grunts dog of war banner.

That's your only reason for not getting it?!

Sniper isn't that bad, you just need to not use some of the rifles like they were meant to be used.

I used both raptor and collector from the hip while playing a volus on silver. Worked fine. Hell, I think I got top score a few times with the collector one.

Personally, I'm lacking BotB, solo, map waves, and whatever the newest one is. Almost done with solo and maps.

You've almost certainly completed at least the enemy challenge banners if you've playing that much.

QFI and TSol did it for me.  I even sort of liked raptor on Tsol for a while. But then my Bat Sol uses the kishock *grin*
With QFI you can sabotage and hip fire if it's the scopes that's the issue.

Tho now, I bet there's all sorts of fun to be had with geth scanner and drill rounds?

The turning point for my SRgrind (I really don't like them) was giving one to a destroyer (with a Typhoon in his pocket cos he was THAT pleased to see me) on london and getting Kill Target objective. Black widow, drill rounds, See blue diamond, Shoot.... Look for next blue diamond. How many walls were in the way just didn't matter *grin*

I was actually going to ask alliance hazard force to help me power through the N7 and map mastery. I haven't played gold with less than lvl 20 before.

Yeah, i miss the N7, like almost everyone here... Promote in the early days was not an option, and now looking back I understand it was a bad idea..
So, actually I miss 10 promotions for the N7, and 1 solo gold for the lone wolf (1 solo gold done, for the second I will wait after the n7)....
Strategy is to mix: I choose the higher character, usually around 14/15, I play till he reach 20 (a couple of silver, then gold), then I promote it, and purchase a lot of base pack - 5k each - to have at least one character higher than 14, or till I'm tired of purchasing (even on Xbox it is slow... 10 second per purchase, after 20 it's boring..), then again i pick the higher character and redo this..

In this way I have promoted 10 times in the last few days, without noticing it..

Reckoning.....don't love any of the weps, hate the Krogan Warlord....need 3 challenges (6 Warlord extractions....and very close on Venom Shotgun and Executioner Pistol)....could feasibly have it in six matches....but just can't bring myself to play with him...tired of playing only 6-7 waves of 10 because I end up in an Atlas' clutches or as a meat bracelet.....

Ouch, the promotions are a pain tbh, think I'll never promote again after I get N7. The thought of taking another level 1 into gold :crying:

Just Reckoning. The kits aren't as bad as I thought, but getting to learn how to use them is what's taking me a while to finish it.
