I want to use someone's effects that they placed on the Vault. Unfortunately, they only provided a .zip file of .sef, .pfx and .UPE files. I have no idea what to do with these. 

I tried using TANI's packer to put them into an .ERF file and import it. They imported, but they crash when I try to click on them in the toolset. 

Any suggestions?

Got it figured out. Had to put the files in the campaign folder and restart the Toolkit.
