When Jack first spotted the Normandy parked outside the prison, she had a look of desperate curiosity, but the second she spotted the Cerberus insignia, she got pissed off. And was naturally suspicious about Shepard and his Cerberus assocciates.

What do you guys out there think her reaction would have been if the insignia wasn't there?

I think she would have wondered why the ship was there and if she could take it without destroying it in the process.
