MASS EFFECT TRILOGY:

I am in the process of purchasing for PC/CD “Mass Effect
Trilogy”.  I currently own and play

ME 1, 2, and 3 separately.

 

What issues do I need to address to remove all Mass
Effect instances from my hard drive and have a new clean install of “Mass
Effect Trilogy” that allows the game to be played from “square one” so to
speak.

None of those that I have will do so (now).  They had a monster crash a week ago and something they did as part of their recovery affected all my attempts to log in ever since.
