Having served as a juror my perspective is a little different. What you say is techinically true. But when you serve as a juror you know nothing bout the case. They also make sure you're not biased, yada yada

In this case, many of us have become biased & prejudiced. We (myself and some others) would not be allowed to be jurors.

So, from my point of view, this has nothing to do with the justice system. It's all just opinions, etc

I was talking more about the principle that every people are supposed to be equal in front of the law, and in our countries (us, canada, Europe) people are considered innocent until proven guilty.

That is whay i talked about double standards, because now for a particular group of players, the claim is very different, since Every Pc player are considered guilty until proven innocent, and that is not normal at all.

old record : video was captured long ago / there is a big gap between video capture time and uploading time (now) / video is not captured recently.

record = capture

Cyonan's formula is incorrect.  The formula by corlist is.  The key difference is that we use:
(combined_power_ranks-2)/10, instead of (combined_power_ranks/12), and count ammo as a level 1 primer.

Yes because my relatively old computer can run along at 59.9 for most of the waves (it tends to dip in between waves, and sometimes on late objectives).  Lowest is probably around 45, especially if the game has been running for a while.

So it is more than possible.  Hard disk write speed is fairly important depending on your resolution and if  you are compressing on the fly or writing uncompressed (like fraps).

That is capturing 30 frames per second, since there is little point in actually making a video with framerate higher than 30fps if you are going to put it on youtube.

I think it is if you use an HD-PVR which supposedly does all the major heavy lifting internally. I have one but I think it might have stopped working recently but when it worked it was awesome (well I used it for recording my consoles tho)

Nice, PC apologists and "entertainment" seekers would rather watch bogus runs and backslap cheaters than have someone open our eyes to reality. No one cares if these cheaters get banned, the service Air Quotes provides is to stop cheaters from getting what they thrive on, which is your unwarranted love and admiration. He should get a medal.

The only thing wrong with the "ambiance" around here is people who whine about having the wool pulled from their eyes, which only encourages cheaters. If everyone took the same hardline approach to cheating as Air Quotes, we would have a bunch of legit runs and cool threads like the plat solo hall of fame wouldn't get locked.

A hefty dose of the blame goes to BioWare for making it so easy, but let's all not forget that the cheaters are the real culprits.
