Can someone delete this account?

I'm trying to delete it because I thought I could link my Xbox Live gamertag in alternate methods, it seems I need to use the same e-mail account that I use for Xbox Live; whenever I try and use the "delete account" tool there's always an error message stating "unable to delete this account at this time.

I've made an EA/Origin account that is now linked to my Xbox Live gamertag so I just need to get rid of this account.
