I think it would be nice to hear some new fresh voices but if I could choose from some of my favorites...
Nolan North for male. I swear I'd make a male play-through if he got the job 
I tried several times to run one in DA2 with male Hawke but just couldn't stand his voice.

For female Carrie-Anne Moss.

Definitely Ali Hillis for a female protagonist. As for a male... I don't care.

Edit: I decided to go with David Hayter for a male voice after looking over a post and imagining playing dragon age with solid snake's voice actor.

Hayter or North are good choices imo for a male protag though the whole time I would be hearing Snake or Drake instead of who the PC is supposed to be so that could be bad (although I didn't get that when I heard Salem talking in the second Army of Two game and he was voiced by North in that), Steven Bloom (I think that's how you spell the name) wouldn't be too bad either.

Female protag I have no clue.

I can't state it enough.

Tim Curry is the perfect voice actor. Can do both male and female PC, and he already has dozens of tones to choose from!

We can have IT, Long John Silver, Dr. Frank n Furter, Hexxus.... possibilities are endless. ~_^

A male and female voice actor with the proper accent, or known for doing very good accents, in order to properly represent where the character is supposed to be from. No one specific, just two people wholly qualified to bring the proper accent (either at a base, or by being very good at accents) for where the in game character is from, and give a quality performance across the different conversations, choices, set pieces and tones we'll surely be experiencing.

If I could choose anyone, my picks would probably be:

Female: Natasha Little (Sith Warrior from SW:TOR)

Male: Stephane Cornicard (Riordan in DA:O) OR Euan Morton (Sith Inquisitor from SWTOR).

Or, you know. David Tennant. Voicing everyone.

I am in love with Michelle Dockery's voice.  I do not know if she has ever done any voice acting, but she should. Also, I realize she has an English accent, which might not be consistent with the protag being Orlesian, but we don't know if the protag is actually going to be Orlesian or not. 

Anyway, listen to her voice!! She's great!

Yeah, Michelle has a very nice voice, it sounds so smooth and velvety. I'm sure she could do an accent if the protag is Orlesian, but a native "french" speaker is more natural. 

The Baroness in Awakening (Belinda Cornish) was pretty good. Not a real accent but much better than Anora's handmaiden.

Nick Boulton I believe xD He also voiced Vaughan (in case you don't remember, Vaughan Arl of Denderim's (before Howe) son, and you had the chance to chop his head off very early in DA:O if you play a city elf ). Anyhow, I keep thinking about Vaughan when I play male Hawke, guess that's why I picked female Hawke for my full play through lol Although, imo, most of the voice acting in DA 2 were bad. Like they were too focus on faking accent and failed to put emotion into the lines (Merrill was the worst. I wish there was a "shut the f*ck up" response to all her dialogue).

Anyhow, we don't know anything about PC's background yet, so they might have either English or French accent xD Leliana's accent was cute (or maybe the voice suit her cute but slightly crazy character) but after playing Mark of Assassin, I'm not really fond of the idea of listening to Orlesian accent for 20 - 30 hours xD

heh, Merrill's accent is real...

She's played by Eve Myles who is Welsh.
