Clicking X on someone just because someone else did.
Not reading and leaving the lobby during host migration

The first game I played on the Level 3 Objective Wave with Cerebus...
the Engineer enemy appeared and my character cried out "Engineer!".

I thought he was calling for a engineering class team member to do the objective. So, for a while I thought that only the Engineers could do the objectives. I never initiated them unless I was playing as an Engineer.

Good one!!!  These days every time the host leaves I am always the ONLY person left in the lobby after migration.

Also I remember I loved using the GI + harrier with warp ammo and melting banshees.

I don't use the harrier much anymore tho..

I remember in Firebase White I just stayed on the ladder part (the one near the ammo box with a corridor descending down below) and I never explored the map since looking at Firebase Ghost (which was big for me) I thought I would get lost, even in objective waves I stayed there lol.

When I found out about the cobra missiles, medi-gel, thermal clips packs, and ops packs I had 255 of all of them so I ran around nuking everything and getting up right away when I went down. I felt like a god... until I ran out XD

Lol reminded me that I didn't know medigel could be used to revive myself.  The medigel button was there because the devs were too lazy to remove it for mp.

When I first started playing I used a missle launcher on a single Brute. I thought I was badass for taking one down all by myself...then my teammates told me differently....meanies...>.<

Mine was rather embarrassing. Not knowing that Biotic Charge restored your barriers during the demo. Yeah... specced out of it on all my vanguards lol. I sat back and sniped with my Drell Vanguard all day.

Bringing up the power wheel to cast powers the way I always did in SP.

When I first started playing, my Overload Spamming Turian with M-12 Locust was my go-to character for kicking it up a notch from the usual Bronze games for the excitement-rush of Silver.

Revisited on Gold. Because after having read BSN forums, I didn't dare show up into a Gold lobby until I had at least one decent weapon at X. Locust was my first X gun and Omnicapacitor was my first equipment at V.

I also tried using power button to pause the game like SP and took ages to realise that the D pad gave you extra goodies - initially used the medigel and rockets but took even longer to realise what the ops packs did.

took a long time to realise how to switch between weapons too :-/

Also kept going into bronze matches with low level characters and only one team mate and wondering why the matches were so difficult. My first bronze extraction was a duo though, felt AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was only noob-y in WoW. Insisted playing a melee hunter in vanilla.

As for newb-ish behavior...yeah...It was the beta, Silver scared the hell out of me for a while until I found out I could do it. First time I ever-ever played was with one buddy. We wiped on wave one bronze. Good times.
