Just completed my first full run-through with Citadel DLC, and I was wondering if it's possible to have the No One Left Behind achievement (or so that all the squad members survive at least) while playing as much of a renegade as possible, and still be able to unite the geth and quarians in ME3 (and have Tali survive). Are there certain decisions I should make to ensure I can get everyone's loyalty while maintaining a Renegade shep etc? Any advice (at all) on this is welcome

You will have to make one Paragon-like choice on the Collector Base if you want the crew to survive, but other than that, pure Renegade or Pure Paragon will get everyone loyal.
Actually, pure Renegade is probably easier to get Zaeed's loyalty since the Renegade path (leave the workers to die to kill Vido) will automatically gain his loyalty.
Intimidate option on Tali's trial will gain her loyalty, but the right-side renegade option (reveal evidence against Tali's father) will cause her to stay unloyal.
Killing Samara and keeping Morinth is a Renegade option, and something you should do at least once, at least to unlock the Dominate bonus talent if you have not unlocked it already. You need enough Charm/Intimidate points to get that option though. Either way, killing Samara or Morinth will earn their loyalty.
Jack/Miranda and Tali/Legion conflicts need enough Charm/Intimidate to keep both loyal. You can avoid Tali/Legion conflict by either:
a) Giving evidence to the Admiralty Board at Tali's trial (and losing Tali's loyalty)
Giving Legion to Cerberus
But like I wrote earlier, Pure Renegade is very similar to pure Paragon. Either one should get you enough Charm/Intimidate points to gain everyone's loyalty.
As for No One Left Behind, you can still have about half your squad members unloyal and still have everyone make it out alive. Just upgrade your ship and make the right decisions during the suicide mission.
